Doctor my age is 28 and i am married from past 3years but I can't able to conceive becouse i have endometriosis cyst in right ovary doctor told me to get surgery of ovary cyst but doctor also told me after surgery also u can't conceived naturally i have to go through with iui becouse i have endometriosis because of endometriosis I can't able to conceive Naturally i just want to know k really I can't get pregnant naturally?? And also pls go through with my mri report can i concieve without surgery or after surgery naturally?? And my other pregnancy report is normal hsg, amh, and blood test report is normal.
