I missed my periods in June and having abdominal pain and I have already done laprascopy sterilization 3 yrs back.i visited gynaecology dr. She advised me with these medicines but was not clear with my issue, I would like to know what my scan is telling , a cyst or fibroid? Any issues? Iam attaching pelvic scan report
