Hello doc, I have been having dark brown vaginal discharge for 1-2 days during mid of my periods cycle. This conditions is from 3 months and I noticed it after stopping anti bacterial medicine tetralyme for acne, suggested by dermat. Now I am facing hormonal acne during and 10 days before menses. I have gone under whole abdomen with pelvis ultrasound which suggest mild pelvic congestion with fluid in POD. What can be the reason for this ? Im worried ..plz suggest !! Note: I'm unmarried
