I am 37 weeks pregnant and doctor did my pelvic exam on Tuesday,I experience vaginal mucus mixed with light blood at times after the pelvic exam,should I worry,it's been 2 days after the pv.

Apply sterile pad and  please visit your Gynaecologist with that pad on for management as it may be a sign of early labour.
