My pelvic bone pop out so much that it can be seen in tight clothes  And it feels like it is on my stomach and whenever I lay down it can be visible  so I want to know it will cause difficulty in pregnancy or not.

Don't worry about appearances unless it's causing any discomfort. Also, any pelvic bone malformations don't interrupt with pregnancy. In a narrow pelvis, person might need a C-section. Nothing more than that.
