I have the constant urge to run off to the toilet to pee every few minutes and it’s concerning me, because nothing is coming out and I know nothing will but I keep feeling as if I have to use the toilet

You are having infection in urine and urinary bladder is inflamed because of it . Get urine analysis and culture and sensitivity done And see a doctor nearby you for treatment and follow up till you are well
