Hello,My lower abdomen is mildly paining all the time and before peeing there is slightly pain in lower abdomen and took a second to start peeing.After 5mins if i just peed also i feel like peeing again and again.I also have like white cheese discharge all the time.Before period vagina itching also i have.Last month i missed my period i never missed my period before,my back was paining so much and while i have period for this month lower abdomen left side is paining so much.What could be the reason?

The itching and white cheese discharge is because of fungal infection Delay in periods need evaluation The pain and incomplete evacuation sensation could be because of urine infection
