I had small peas size cysts on my testicles it's been more than 3-4years no pain and nothing just itches sometimes can they will be fixed with proper medication and course ?

It is due to scabies...do you have itching in between your 1st and 2nd finger? Tablet montekLC twice daily for 15 days Tab.vit c once daily for 15 days Permethrine cream once daily for a week. Wash your hand properly with soap or antiseptics after using this cream...cream is toxic.
