Pcos with bilateral cysts.. never had regular periods (6months once)... Tried bcp.and meprate these did not regulate my cycles.... Increased weight gain... Am plannig to conceive what should i do ?

You should consult infertility specialist should go for wt reduction ocps  course3 month then ovulation induction
