Pcos trying for pregnancy

I have pcod. My period is missing. I am feeling bloated and facing frequent urination problem. I have on and off cramps for 5 days. Today morning I took home pregnancy test which was negative. After half an hour, I could see a light pink line in T section of the pregnancy kit. I am confused about this. Kindly advise if it s missed period early
