I have been having a severe abdominal Pain and back ache during periods from d time of puberty. I tried all allopathy meds and nothing ever worked. Some people suggested to have ashokarishta, and hence I started having from today. But I think I need consultancy from doc as now I m married and want to fix all uterus related prob before planning for pregnancy. Further, my periods are always regular ND never had issues with that.
