She has mildy cystic ovaries... patients with pcos cn hv anovulatory cycles which cn cause problems n conceiving , however this s not true with everyone.. Also only on the basis of ultrasound its difficult to say if ny problem will come or not.. But definitely it doesn't look like a major issue as more than one third girls these days hv pcos
