Hi I am taking pcos treatment in homeopathy damiana q mother tincture and oleyum j. X( 1 hr b4 food mrng and night - aftrnoon resp) . My doc told me dont drink ginger tea as it is harmful to health . I consume one cup of ginger tea every morning . If i dont drink , i will get headache the whole day .Is it a addiction ?? Should i stop drinking tea fr these treatments?? Is taking ginger daily harmful to health ? I am trying to conceive too . Kindly advice how to stop this problem of drinking tea without headache?

U can drink ginger tea. No its not harmful for health.. neighther it is harmful in pregnancy.. it reduces nausea and vomitting.. but take care u shouldnt exceed 4gms of ginger daily thats quite a few cups of it.
