Pcos and pregnancy related issue

I want to ask this to a gynaecologist. If someone is taking tablet deviry for 5 days(2 everyday) and during this 5 day course, get's pregnant, will she get periods after stopping the tablet? How do i differentiate this from bleeding as seen in pregnancy? Because, bleeding can happen in pregnancy also. So how do i confirm that this bleeding means i am not pregnant?
