Hi I have been diagnosed with pco 2 months ago and have been on medication. Had a high prolactin dosage for which I was on medication since 2 months but now it has gone to the lower side and I have stooped the medicine while continuing pco medicine along with folic acid. This month I have my period date n 16th. Accordingly my ovulation would have happened from 27th dec to 3rd Jan. But since Monday I am having fatigue and stomach pain, back pain, foot cramps, dizziness and white discharge. We are also planning for a baby so are these symptoms of the same or related to pco. Please help

You have not mentioned details about pcod medicines. Symptoms can be because of premenstrual Syndrome. Premenstrual white discharge is common. They are not pcod symptoms. If you think they are pregnancy related symptoms and Your cycles are of proper 28 days then you can do urine pregnancy test tomorrow.

These symptoms are very vague not indicative of pregnancy if you not missed the periods.. Take symptomatic treatment for this... See a good fertility specialist
