I'm a patient with chronic ITP and recently I've been put on Diane 35, Mychiro and Gynedol for pcos ( Along with with steroids wysolone whenever my platelet count becomes low ) I've recently noticed that after taking Pcos medicines my count falls very quickly even after the course of steroids. Is there any interaction between these medicines which reduces my platelet?
