My prolactin levels are high - around 48.20. This was regular sample and not pooled prolactin sample. Should I get pooled prolactin done? I have PCOD with irregular anovulatory cycles. What should I do about this? What are the next steps?

This hyper prolactin Might be due hypothyroid . Needs clinical examination and evaluation. Consult Endocrinologist.

Mildly elevated prolactin is seen with pcos. It is important to treat the pcos and not the elevated prolactin.
