Hi Doctor, I have pcod with amh 6.92, but my fasting glucose is 101 and insulin fasting is 36.1, is it serious? Should I have to take medication lifelong? Coz bgl is high...I am planning for a baby... All my hormones are in normal range

First try to control your sugars by dietary changes. If not controlled on diet then you will need medications .
