Hi Doctor I have PCOD frm 3 yrs. Cycle is regular. Days decresed frm 4 to 2. Also hv white discharge frm very long. Not overwghtd. Very bad hairfall. Tinch of Blood after sex at times. Getng married in Nov. Please help. My face is getting dull. Worried can I have a normal maried life nd wil b able 2 cncv. Wat shd I do

white discharge and blood after sex indicates infection. consult a gynaec. get your routine test done specially TSHvitamin d and b12. ultrasound lower abdomen.

Pcos  is very  common  . not  going  to  effect  your  married  life.  little  difficulty  in  getting  pregnant.   regular  checkups  needed  for monitoring  pcos.  for  bleeding  after  sex  need  to  go  for  papsmear  .  go  cervical  cancer  vaccination

Consult your gynaecologist and get a clinical examination done. Your white discharge could be infective and needs to be treated. If your bleeding during menses is decreased and hair fall suggests that the severity of your pcos is increased. Get a scan done and look for an increase in ovarian volume. If pcos is increased in severity then it needs to be treated too before your marriage.
