I have thyroid and pcod diagnosed but not taking medication for pcod. Have put on a lot of weight already but also weight increases by 3-4 kgs in a day and comes back to normal again in 2-3 days. Hair fall and greying of hair also there. Dont have much physical stamina. Are these symptoms related to pcod and how do I address these ?

Those symptoms are related more to your thyroid issue , well one of the best way to tackle your issue is ayurveda treatment . With a complete detox and medications you can see results . It also includes diet and lifestyle changes that's very necessary in your case. You can have a detailed online consultation if you want. Regards Dr Aswathy
