I have PCODs in my right ovary and I'm not on any medication and I'm suffering from unbearable cramps and I'm not bleeding. What might be the reason for this and what can I do?

May be this is premenstrual pain or pain due to urinary infection.Get done complete urine examination .If this is normal then take medicine for withdrawal.
