My friend has currently shifted to Netherlands n she has been dealing with PCOD problem from her college day. It started when she was 21 years now she is 26. She has been under medication.. and presently prescribed those meds i have attached the prescription.I just wanted to ask how and when to use those meds. She is confused with the timings.

She should ask the doctor who prescribed this medicine. The first medicine is illegible. Second medicine is a Nutriceutical. It may not be available in Netherlands. Third medicine is a standard preparation which will be available everywhere.
