I have pcod... this cycle I took letrozole for 10 days from 3rd day of mensturation...in 14th during scanning a dominated follicle of 22 mm was observed on left ovary...any chances to concieve

Yes chances of conception are there if a dominant follicle has formed. However it should rupture also to release egg. Hv relationship for next 48 hrs and reoeat scan later
