Hello there , In the PCOS , apart from irregular / prolonged cycles , there are other manifestations like , abnormal hair growth on chin , face or other parts of body , acne on body . In long run , pcos patients may manifest infertility, hypertension or diabetes or endometrial neoplasm. So it’s better to start taking care from very beginning, you can start with regular 5 days a week , 45 min workout, which includes high intensity training for atleast 2 days . Secondly, take high on protein, low on carb diet , stop sugary , processed , canned food . Reducing 5-10 percent weight might lead to return of ovulation and prevent future complications.
