Patient has B2 thymoma diagnosed in jan 2015 His hb drops often .Is it related to thymoma ??

Untreated Thymoma can cause some abnormalities  (paraneoplastic syndrome) in blood and muscle-nerve junction by immune mechanism. But You are already treated so needs evaluation and opinion
