I have patches in my tongue as well a burning sensation. Also there are lesions in the mouth - not painful. Bad foul taste in mouth. Also bowel does not clear properly. Which doctor should I go to? ENT, gastro or dermatologist?

This looks like vitamin B12 deficiency. Get B12 level done.
