Patches in beard

All of a sudden there are small patches created where my beard hair have stopped coming. One close to my moustache part on the right side and the other on the left side, place from where the beard starts. I don't keep moustache. I really need help.

You seem to having a condition called Alopecia areata. Please consult a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment
