My baby is 5months old. From 2days onwards while passing urine he feels difficulty. Please suggest me remedies

Ur  history is  not  in  details Is he having blood in  stool  or  associated with fever and bad smelling urine If  yes  then  do  urine test If not  then Wait  for  more 3 days
