Since afternoon I am facing a partial ear blockage, kindly advise if I can use a Clearwax ear drops as a remedy.

Hello, Ear block will be due to various reasons, recent attack of cold, running nose, nasal block are the common reasons other than ear wax. I suggest not to use clearwax until you get ears checked by any ENT doctor.
