Which one is better Cast Partial Denture or Flexible partial Denture ?? Are there any side effects for Cast Partial Denture with (cobalt chromium) ? Please help.

Flexible dentures are comfortable while the metal fits better. Cast partial denture is good except that metal is visible. If made by a good clinician, rest all teeth are soundband well maintained by patient there won't be any problems. You will take time to get used to the metal denture.
