Paroxetine cause low libido

I am on paroxetine 25mg for gad but it cause delayed ejaculation is there any medicine which make temporary relief for intercourse as i didn't able to ejaculate.I take cyproheptadine but it is not fully effective.

Tab Paroxetine can cause delayed ejaculations in many patients.In fact, it is one of the drug of choice for the delayed ejaculations.
