  4. Parotid gland. Why is that happening?

So when i force air in my cheeks, i see in my parotid gland i there's a spot where it feels pach pach sound, in that place it seems air is forced which expands the pus and when i leave air, it comes back and makes the pach pach sound... Why is that happening?
