My father (age 82) suffering from Parkinson's disease. He can't sit without help. Can medicine improve his problem? What type of physiotherapy is necessary? His muscle are very weak.can we give him vitamin d tablet( once in a weak) ? Can we continue it? Kindly guide me.

Yes, the medicines used to treat parkinsons disease will help with posture/sitting. Physiotherapy would include a combination of assisted ambulation and gait training. Yes, Vitamin D replacement will be good, however once a week decision to be taken after measuring blood levels.
