Is it possible for both parents having BLOOD group o+ to have a baby with blood group A+. Pls advice.

No that combination is not possible. However child's blood group test is not reliable if done early. When was the child's test done? Please get tests for all 3 done at a good reputed lab and speak with the pathologist with the report.
