Secondly, therapy can help you in trying to perceive and analyse things better so that u can come out of ur suspiciousness.
Thirdly, alcohol might not be the solution as in the longer run, it's causing more harm than good, and alcohol consumption is also known to rewire ur brain, and u might feel more suspicious, especially in ur relationship.
