Paranoia about animals and insects

I'm very paranoid when it comes to insects and animals. Generally when I'm walking down the street, I always feel dogs/cows will hunt me down and bite me or something. My hostel room has 2 lizards always. I know they won't hurt me but still I'm very scared of them. I'm so stressed out that over the last 2 weeks I have nightmares about lizards.
