Before walkimg your muscle should be trained. You must do some exercises to strengthen your core muscles and lower lomb muscles. Physiotherapist can help you with graded exercises.  Visit your nearest physiotherapist for better plan of exercises ASAP.  if you cannot walk to clinic,  for few days you can take home sessions also.
