Thank you for your question Nabothian cysts do not cause bleeding. If you are still bleeding and your pap smear is normal you need further tests. An ultrasound pelvis and screening for sexually transmitted infections especially Chlamydia is the next step. If these are both reported normal then an outpatient hysteroscopy is indicated provided other medical causes are ruled out like oral contraceptive pills or missed tablets etc
