I'm sharing my pap smear test report plz confirm me that it can lead to cervical cancer or it is precancerous cell.

No this is not having cancerous cells or pre cancerous lesion at present . Inflammatory smear is seen which could be because of local infection - if you are symptomatic can be treated with antibiotics . You can get back to me if symptoms are present based on that we can decide the antibiotic needed . If any other specific symptoms are present like secretion or discharge per vagina then also should be treated for the infection . Pap smear should be done once in 3 years and should be combined with HPV DNA testing after age 30 (when combined and tested negative once in 5 years is enough )

It is good. We have to see inter epithelial neoplasia. If it is present it can change into malignancy
