No this is not having cancerous cells or pre cancerous lesion at present .
Inflammatory smear is seen which could be because of local infection - if you are symptomatic can be treated with antibiotics . You can get back to me if symptoms are present based on that we can decide the antibiotic needed .
If any other specific symptoms are present like secretion or discharge per vagina then also should be treated for the infection .
Pap smear should be done once in 3 years and should be combined with HPV DNA testing after age 30 (when combined and tested negative once in 5 years is enough )
