I have been experiencing bleeding between periods for the past 8 months, along with some white discharge. i have attached report Today, my Pap smear report showed Atypical Glandular Cells of Undetermined Significance (AGC-US). My gynecologist advised a Colposcopy test and possible biopsy at the same time. Is biopsy agrrivate cells?

As Pap smear shows AGC -US The next would be USG abdomen pelvis with TVS and colposcopy with Biopsy as you were advised And regarding your query biopsy won’t aggravate the present condition rather it’s very important tool to rule out or rule in the pathology that’s there So better go ahead with biopsy

As this is the PAP smear report, Is there any USG Whole abdomen & pelvis with transvaginal sonography (TVS) report available? And the Colonoscopy findings if already done?
Next Steps
1. USG Whole abdomen & pelvis with transvaginal sonography (TVS) 2. Colposcopy +/- Biopsy depending upon the findings by the treating gynaecologist
