I started taking pantocid for acidity 6 months back coz of side effects from Nexito which I have stopped. I'm forming loose stool coz of taking it and when I stop it, heartburn starts. 1.What is the way to stop it without any side effect?? 2.Does long term use of pantocid make digestion weak??

Usually there are no such side effects. But incomplete TREATMENT leads to such SYMPTOMS. Gerd Gastritis need proper treatment rather than pantocid on sos basis. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
