My new is diagnosed in cect brain- pansinusitis and hyperneumatizarion of bilateral mastoids , does he need medication or is it more serious issue? Surgery?

Not a serious problem.
ct scan will report sinusitis if minimal mucosal thickening is present too.
That's y treatment depends on symptoms and doctor need to see ct scan.
If mucosal thickening, medications should be sufficient.
If surgery is required too,u need not worry. Endoscopic surgery will be done

depends on why your doctor got the CECT done in first place.Need to know more about the symptoms and duration and prior treatment.In general for sinusitis initial management is medical and surgery done only in refractory conditions.Hyper pneumatisation of mastoids is generally benign and need not be worried about.
