PALPITATIONS IN CHEST

I am having rapid heart beat and sweating while sleeping. Also having palpitations in chest and shivering while sleeping. I have been tested COVID positive 3 days back. Since that day I have been facing this issue and is unable to sleep. I did my CBC blood test a week back. My report is also showing high amount of ESR. It has been attached for your reference Kindly provide me with the solution for this discomfort during sleeping.

It is due to anxiety of being covid positive. Esr is high due to covid . Dont panic much . After few days it will get resolved .
