Palpitation in chest sometimes

Since 1 month I have stress and from 2 days cause palpitation sometimes in chest and check my BP - 120/84, oxygen level- 99, fasting sugar - 94, heart rate - 79. It is related to heart?? Please advice. Thanks

Stress and anxiety can cause palpitations. But do basic cardiac evaluation like ECG and ECHO
