I have a palpable tiny bump at left side of neck and slight pain on touching it. This started from yesterday morning . I was tested covid positive and became negative on Jan 1st.

Need a detailed history and examination. Picture of throat. It may be a tender lymph node.
Next Steps
May require Antibiotic treatment. Video consultation/preferably any ENT in-person consultation.
