Palms on hands and feet burning pain

I have vitamin b12 and vitamin - D deficiency     2 yrs back and now I have severe palms pain on hands and legs. whenever I wake up the pain is increasing more and i am doing exercise frequently to reduce that pain but its not reducing the pain. Kindly suggest me the tablets for around 10 days for palms on hands and legs pain after lockdown I will go and get blood test and  check up.

Tab Rejunex CD3 1 tab daily for 1 month along with Tab Parasafe 1gm SOS for pain should be helpful. If pain relief is inadequate, I suggest a consult, physical or online, as it would require prescription meds.
