I have been facing this problem since 3 months.My urine is dark yellow in morning and produces smell.Please help me out.Thanks in advance

HELLO, URINE TEST FOR COMPLETE AND MICROSCOPIC. URINE TEST FOR CULTURE AND SENSITIVITY. TAKE PLENTY OF LIQUIDS 3-4 LTR PER DAY, TOTAL. ALKALIZER CITRALKA TWO TEASPOON FUL THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER WITH HALF GLASS OF WATER FOR FIFTEEN TO TWENTY DAYS.OR CAN CONTINUE FOR ONE TIME AT LEAST AS IT IS SUMMER. AFTER REPORTS COME CONSULT A UROLOGIST. O.K, BYE.
