Hello Don’t worry, it is normal post diarrhoea to have pale stools. Please describe if it is truly white/grey Is it associated with any dark urine, jaundice, abdominal pain, fever or vomitings
Next Steps
In your child it looks like it is transient post diarrhoea episode Avoid giving 1) high milk diet 2) milk products for a while

Sometimes during or after loose motions, stool can become lighter/pale for 1–2 days due to rapid intestinal transit and reduced bile mixing. If your child is playful and otherwise active, usually it is not serious.
Next Steps
Continue fluids and regular diet. However, if stool becomes repeatedly white/clay colored, child develops yellow eyes, dark urine, vomiting, abdominal distension, fever, poor feeding, or lethargy, then pediatric review is needed.
Health Tips
True acholic/clay-white stool is concerning for biliary obstruction or hepatitis, but a single pale stool during gastroenteritis is commonly benign.
