Painless Swollen lymph nodes

I was diagnosed with subacute thyroiditis 4 months back,I am now hypothyroid (taking levothyroxine 50mcg)and having some swollen lymph nodes on the right side of my neck and I have no infection ,pain or fever , I have done ultrasound of my neck and it says FEW SUBCENTRIMETRIC LYMPH NODES WITH MAINTAINED HILA ARE NOTED IN LEFT LEVEL IIB and III ..? NON SPECIFIC Do I still need to do FNAC/Biopsy , kindly recommend
