Hi Doctor From the past 3 weeks, there is something strange happening with my knee. I do hit the gym regularly, but this time I am avoiding legs exercises. Basically, when I squat down and come back to my original position (straighten my leg), the movement is not very free.It is a kind of interruption/klick, although this is without any pain. The same problem I am experiencing while climbing stairs, not while descending though. 2 years back I had my Knee Xrays done and the reports were all fine.
